Privacy

The Comparables API shows the same comparables as the ValueApps portal, with the same privacy rules. Records that belong to your institution come back in full; records from other institutions are redacted: the location is approximate, and reference and property_details are null.

Institution APIs return only your own institution’s records. Request bodies are not stored; the request log keeps the path, our answer to errors and the time.
