1Get accessComparables: tell us who you are and what you’ll build, and we’ll reply by email. Institutions: ask us to switch on the APIs in your plan.
2Get a keyWe send your comparables key securely, or your administrator makes institution keys in Settings. Each key is shown once.
3Call the APIPlain HTTPS and JSON. Every answer tells you how much of your allowance is left, and every call is in your request log.

What does API access cost?

Pricing depends on volume. Tell us your expected volume when you request access and we’ll quote.

Can I see a firm’s full valuation report?

Only your own firm’s, through the institution APIs. Comparables from other firms are evidence, not reports.

Is there a test mode?

The Try it panel in the reference shows sample data and never counts against any allowance.
