Get one comparable

GET /api/v1/comparables/valuation-123

Returns one comparable by the id a search gave you, with its structures.

You need a comparables key approved by ValueApps. Request access, or use Try it with sample data below.

Parameters

id
string · required
In the path. The comparable’s id from a search, such as valuation-123, extracted-45 or sale-9.

Errors

401 invalid_key
The key is missing, unknown, revoked or expired.
404 not_found
No comparable has that id, or it isn’t available to you.
429 rate_limited
Too many requests this minute. Wait for Retry-After seconds.
429 quota_exceeded
The monthly allowance is used up. It resets on the first of the month.
