Search comparables

GET /api/v1/comparables/search

Finds valuations, extracted reports and sales near a point, newest first, then nearest, in pages.

You need a comparables key approved by ValueApps. Request access, or use Try it with sample data below.

Parameters

lat
number · required
Latitude of the point, -90 to 90.
lng
number · required
Longitude of the point, -180 to 180.
radius_km
number · optional
Search radius in kilometres, 0.1 to 10. Default 2.
sources
string · optional
Comma-separated: valuation, extracted, sale. Default all three.
purpose
string · optional
Only comparables valued for this purpose, for example Secured Lending.
tenure
string · optional
Only this tenure, for example Freehold or Mailo.
from
date · optional
Earliest comparable date, YYYY-MM-DD.
to
date · optional
Latest comparable date, YYYY-MM-DD.
page
integer · optional
Page number. Default 1.
page_size
integer · optional
Results per page, up to 100. Default 25.

Errors

401 invalid_key
The key is missing, unknown, revoked or expired.
403 wrong_key
This is an institution key. Use a comparables key for this endpoint.
403 client_suspended
Your account has been suspended. Contact ValueApps.
400 invalid_params
A query parameter is missing or out of range. The details say which.
429 rate_limited
Too many requests this minute. Wait for Retry-After seconds.
429 quota_exceeded
The monthly allowance is used up. It resets on the first of the month.
